Location

Cútar is about a half an hour from the coast of the Costa del Sol. This quiet and tranquil Andalucian village has kept its old world charm. In the village there are two small shops, two bars - in which you can also get something to eat - and a chemist. If more is needed, it´s only a ten minute drive to Benamargosa, or twenty minutes to the coast. Málaga and its international airport is a little over an hour.

This house is to be found at the top of the village. On the ground floor are the sitting room, a small room and the kitchen, and a small laundry room. On the first floor there is one large and one small bedroom, as well as a bathroom. The roof terrace offers fine views across the village and the outlying hillsides as far as the snow topped Sierras in the wintertime. The property is in good condition and ready to move into. Next to the property are two other rooms which were used as stables, and a small yard.
