A one and a half year old country house built in rustic style.

The main hallway of the house leads into all of the rooms. On the left side there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. On the right of the corridor you enter into a very spacious living room with chimney place. To the rear of this room is the open plan kitchen area. Near to the entrance door of the house is a bathroom with fully fitted bath. The entire house is tiled and fitted with hardwood doors, aluminium framed windows with thermal glass and blinds.

The flat areas surrounding the house have been gravelled and there is sufficient space for a pool and parking for two cars.

The majority of the land lies below the flat area around the house, where there are eight large olive trees, an almond tree and four figs. There is space for the planting subtropical fruit trees.

From the house there are wonderful views to Lake Viñuela and its surroundings.

Depending on the local Town Hall rules, it may be possible to apply for a licence to build a swimming pool.

La Dehesa is an area stretching across a hillside located between Velez-Málaga and Lake Viñuela which has great views both towards the coast and the outlying hillsides.

The nearest shopping facilities are available in the villages of Triana, Benamargosa and La Viñuela which are about a twenty minute drive. The coastal towns of Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar are a half hour´s drive.
