This traditional village house located above the village street and is accessed via a shared front terrace. You enter into a hallway, at the end of which is a internal patio. To the right of the hall is one double bedroom, and a cosy sitting room with the kitchen off. From the sitting room there is a staircase leading up to the first floor where there are two small bedrooms and a large double bedroom with a balcony. The bathroom is next to the kitchen.

Salto del Negro is a small hamlet inland of the Costa del Sol. It´s located in the midst of citrus and avocado plantations, which border the river of the same name. It´s quiet and peaceful here. There is a small shop selling day to day necessities, and various deliveries are made on a daily basis of fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Benamargosa, the next village, is only 2km distant. Here there are various bars, restaurants banks and a health centre as well as an open air swimming pool. Torre del Mar on the coast is reachable in 20 minutes, and the airport at Málaga is one hour away.
