Property

This traditional village house is located in one of the oldest villages of the Axarquia. There is no traffic and the inhabitants are a mixture from all nations. In front of the house is a beautiful terrace with a covered seating area surrounded by green plants and flowers and a small but beautiful garden. The ground floor comprises of a cosy living room with open plan kitchen, a small room, which is currently used as a TV room and a bathroom with shower. Behind the house there is a second terrace. The upper floor comprises of a second bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, a small living room and a small terrace.

This property is located in a very traditional Andalusian village. Access to the coast is good. The property cannot be accessed by car, but a path of less that 100 meters leads to the house.

Location

Longue

The village of Triana is on the main road to Benamargosa and was founded at the beginning of the last century. La Zorilla is the old settlement, across the river. In Triana you will find several bars, restaurants and shops, a primary school and a bus stop. The coast near Velez-Malaga and Torre del Mar is a twenty minute drive. Malaga can be reached in less than an hour.
