Property

This typical country farmhouse has been recently reformed entirely, maintaining many of the traditional features. The property is accessed by big iron gates that open onto a big terrace area with car parking space. On the right there is a lovely flat with double bed, shower and toilet. Further on is the pool with outside shower. Next to the pool are some lovely and partly covered seating areas. The main door is accessed via a porch and leads into a nice and airy lounge with wood burner. From the lounge a corridor leads to the main bedroom with a big built in wardrobe, a spacious bathroom and a second bedroom. This bedroom has a door to a terrace area behind the house. The corridor has a nook with a desk and a working area. On the left side of the corridor is the fully fitted kitchen behind the utility room with access to the back terraces. Behind the house is a nice patio with a fountain, a workroom and a big dog kennel.

The property is located on a slope; most of the land is below the house and terraces. There are 38 mango trees planted and a variety of other trees, typical for this area. From the terraces there are lovely views down to the Mediterranean.

Las Chosas is a small hamlet belonging to the municipality of Velez-Malaga with many scattered country houses built across a hillside between Velez-Malaga and the lake at Viñuela.. Shops are available in Triana, the nearest village, some 10 minutes drive from the property. It´s half an hour to the coast at Torre del Mar/Velez-Malaga and about an hour to Malaga’s international airport.
