The property is situated on a south-facing hillside below the village of Comares, overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The farmhouse is accessed by a paved road and a foot path of about 20 meters long. The finca consists of two independent living units and a number of ruins, which can be converted into living space, depending on building permissions. The main house comprises a living room with a kitchen next to it. Beyond the living-room there are two bedrooms, one of which you pass through to reach the other, but which could be made separate. Below the house there are several ruins to reform.

This farmhouse is located in the small hamlet of La Alquería. The typical white village of Comares is only ten minutes away. In the village are various shops, bars and restaurants as well as two hotels. There is also a school, a health centre and an open air public swimming pool. The coast at Torre del Mar is some thirty minutes away and it´s an hour to Málaga city.
