Property

This villa was completed to a high standard in 2007. The ride takes place over a concrete driveway. In the basement is a large space that can be expanded as a garage, working space or extra apartment.

On the ground floor you will find a very spacious living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and a large bathroom, the salt water swimming pool and terraces. On the first floor you will find a hallway with large built-in wardrobe, two bedrooms and a bathroom and a long covered balcony. All rooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes.

The Villa is located in Masmullar de Comares with views over the surrounding Sierras. Comares with various bars, restaurants and a supermarket is in about 10 minutes to reach. Colmenar and Benamargosa offering different shops and Restaurants are each 20 minutes away. To the coast near Vélez Málaga you drive about 45 minutes and about one hour to Malaga.
