Property

This rustic finca is well reached by an asphalt road. There are on the property: 1 house and 1 guest apartment. The main house is accessed via a small corridor. From here you enter the open kitchen and the living room. At the entrance is a small bathroom. The big room is used as a living room and dining room. Here is a 12 KW wood oven, which heats the open rooms in the winter. In a passage room and in the bedroom there is space for double beds. Behind the bedroom which has an air conditioning is the second bathroom.

The terrace can be reached via a sliding door from the living area. Under the terrace is a place, which is equipped with an outside kitchen. Here is space to set up a dining area.

The guest house, equipped with air conditioning, is habitable with two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, as well as separate terrace with barbecue and covered outside space. The property is completely fenced, planted with olive trees and almond trees and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. There is a covered parking in the driveway.
