The House

This village house is situated in the centre of Benamargosa. All errands can be done on foot. The house is located in a lane behind the church. A car can be taken up almost to the entrance for loading and unloading. From the street one enters a living room with fireplace. Beyond there is the fitted kitchen with a small patio. From the living room there is access to a bedroom and to a stairway to the upper floor. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. On of the rooms gives access to a bedroom behind. Another double bedroom has an exit to a patio and a private bathroom.

This townhouse is located in Benamargosa, a village of the Axarquia, which is characterized by its agricultural background. The valley of the Rio Benamargosa is renowned for its avocado and citrus orchards and is green all around the year. Benamargosa is a vibrant and typical Andalusian village with a variety of small shops, banks, two supermarkets, various bars, restaurants, a health centre and a public pool. The coastal towns of Velez-Malaga and Torre del Mar are approximately 20 minutes by car. To Malaga and the international airport it takes an hour by car. There is public transport to the coast and to Malaga.
