Location

The recently renovated village house is located in Colmenar, a little town with approximately 3,000 inhabitants, in the mountains 30 kilometres north of Málaga. In the village there are several shops, bars and restaurants. Málaga is half an hourps drive, the Costa del Sol beaches and the airport are 45 minutes away.

Bedroom

It is a four-storey house. On the ground floor there is a living room with an adjacent open plan kitchen, a boxroom and a toilet. The first floor includes a bedroom with adjacent shower/bath, a small balcony and a small hall. The second floor has a second bedroom with small terrace, a big bathroom and a corridor. The upper floor includes a smaller bedroom, a washhouse and a roof terrace with a barbecue.

The house is fully furnished and can be moved into immediately. As it is very close to Colmenar it can be used both as a holiday home or as a base by people who work in or near Málaga but do not want to live in the busy city.
