There is a small shop selling day to day necessities, and various deliveries are made on a daily basis of fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Benamargosa, the next village, is only 2km distant. Here there are various bars, restaurants banks and a health centre as well as an open air swimming pool. Torre del Mar on the coast is reachable in 20 minutes, and the airport at Málaga is one hour away.
