The villa

This property is located about a mile above the village of Benamargosa and is accessed via a paved road and a short dirt track. The villa has two floors and the big swimming pool is below the house. The main entrance leads into a hall from where there is access to the fully fitted kitchen, three double bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge with open fireplace. On the right side at the end of the hallway is an independent apartment with shower room, a kitchen which has to be reformed, a living room and a double bedroom. The apartment has a separate exit to the covered terrace. A staircase leads to the first floor and to a spacious room, currently used as an office, and to a large roof terrace. In front of the house is a spacious terrace which most of the part is covered. A carport is also next to the building.

Benamargosa is an agricultural village and lives mainly on the trade of citrus fruits, avocados and mangoes. One can find two supermarkets, several bars, restaurants, banks and smaller shops in the village. There is also an outdoor swimming pool open during the summer months and a 24/7 health center. Down to the coast by Velez-Malaga and Torre del Mar it takes about half an hour by car and to Malaga´s international airport it is an hour’s drive.
