This Andalusian finca lies below the village of Comares on a south-facing slope. The house is part of a rural complex with three other old houses. A few steps you can reach a terrace with patio and views of the up to 2000 m high Sierras. When you enter the house you come into the kitchen. To the right is a dining room and on the left a large living room with fireplace. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you will find a bedroom and another room that can be used as an office or guest room. By a spacious bathroom leads into a further bedroom and a second staircase leads to the dining room. There are two small terraces on the upper floor and behind the house is an open but covered storage space.

In the village there are several bars and restaurants, two banks and various shops where you can find everything for your daily needs. To the coast and the beaches of the Costa del Sol around Velez-Malaga you drive about 40 minutes, to Malaga and its international airport about an hour.
